Be thankful, I've gained 15! Anyway I was having exactly the same fears...you'll get over it.
You're still in a normal weight range. You won't be able to lose weight during pregnancy.
Are you exercising? Make sure you WALK a lot (I walk 30 mins a day, 5 days a week). When I began to walk, my hunger went down DRAMATICALLY, because I slept better. Not sleeping enough makes your body hungry, as it is trying to compensate for poor rest.
I eat baby carrots, apples, bananas, peachs, pears, chopped up celery with peanut butter. I also eat a high protein lunch, that seems to help. Aim for a good breakfast, a mid morning snack, a high protein lunch, a mid afternoon snack, dinner, and a pre-bedtime snack.
Also, try soy milk. It curbs my hunger and is really good for you.

I had such bad morning sickness that I was always just trying to keep something down, stick to fruit and veggies and some lowfat stuff like crackers and yogurt and the like. Don't let your stomach get empty, if you are this ravenous, and empty belly will be really painful and make you throw up when you try to eat. If you have to make it a little longer between snacks, eat something with protein in it (peanut butter and celery sticks etc). Good luck (I'm at 20 weeks with number 3).

When I was pregnant, I would take fruit or fruit cups, veggies, yogurt, granola bars, etc. I know what u mean about being hungry all the time but if u snack, then that will help w/overeating. I would even make a sandwich to have with me at work just in case I wanted something more filling. Good luck to you and congrats with your pregnancy.

The other girl and I in the office that is pregnant, also bring healthy snacks. What I can suggest to you, is to bring apples, oranges, little carrots with low fat dip, quakers(they are like a chip, but they are only 70 calories per serving), grape nut granola bars(they have honey ones and fruit), fruit cups, the 100 calorie bags of oreo cookies and much more(they sell them in grocery stores), drink lots of water, ginger ale, fruit drinks, etc.
Hope I helped you some!

baby carrots, celery sticks, cucumber slices dipped in your favorite low fat dressing.
fresh fruit of almost any kind, chunk it up, eat it alone, or dip it in yogurt - when I was pregnant I craved cantelope and that fake Krab stuff they have on supermarket salad bars - YUCK - go figure, I loved the stuff when I was pregnant - and it's actually a pretty healthy thing to eat.
Jello-Cups
Maybe a cereal bar here and there.

Some wholemeal bread with cottage cheese. Wholemeal bread is very good in pregnancy as it helps the digestive system and fights constipation which is very common in pregnancy.
