Fattiest tissue, muscle fiber is probably stringy like horse meat. Belly, intestines, *** cheeks would be good to eat depending on the weight of the person.

Any organ meat but they MUST be cooked correctly or they are no good...white wine and smothered in onions...don not over cook, they become dry....bon appetite!!!!
