Actually I am doing a research on dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-IV) inhibitors and i would like to know more about the enzyme itself. Where is it biosynthesized in the human body? What is the pathway of its synthesis? When and how was it discovered? Do you know any useful references (books, journals, websites)?
