Nope. I don't have an IPOD either. I have a cute little MP3 player I got from Bath & Body Works!

You're not the only one....no iPod here, no cell phone. Aside from not being able to afford the crap, there are control issues.
You see, I have *grown-up* sized hands and fingers. :P
Meaning, I cannot for the life of me get diagonals to work reliably from a standard Sony "d-pad", which has pretty much ruined me on home-system video games for *life*....
So just what makes you think I can handle cell phones with their tiny *TINY* chiclet buttons, or iPods with their tiny and tinier control layouts?? I swear I saw someone wear an iPod Shuffle (screenless model) that wasn't much bigger than a *shirt button*. As in the scroll wheel was this *ring* that wasn't any bigger around than a nickel.
How the hell do you people even remotely control this stuff? Honestly. I refuse to invest in any technology that I can't have full control of without having some *fiddly* crap make me look like a monkey.
Sorry to go on so. Thanks again for your time and patience. ^_^

You very well may be. I don't carry mine around often, but it is hooked up to my stero at home so that I never have to dig for a CD. I also use it as an external hard drive when I need to move information around. I think it's useful, but I don't play with it like some people do.

I have an iPod nano, and I like it very much.
The beauty of an iPod is that you are always listening to
music you like, since you program it yourself, so you don't have to worry about something sucky coming on, like with a radio.
Then again, I won mine, no way would I fork out $150 - $300 for one.

Who needs an IPod when you can order cheaper mp3 players from Amazon.com or buy some from Wal-Mart? Hell, you can still use cheap cassette and CD players for music.

Nope I don't feel the need to spend all that money on something with such a stupid name. I only bother listening to music at home- and when I'm outside I'd rather hear what's happening around me.

I don't have one either, I have an MP3 player that I use when I work out, it holds enough music for me for a good 2-3 hour work out.

No, and I only know one person over the age of about 20 that has one. I don't know why he even has it, since he is a businessman whose phone rings constantly with business related calls he has to take. My teenagers don't even have them or want them - their feeling about them is "what do I need that for?".
