I think the Undertaker would win. However, Mr. McMahon would probably give the match to Stone Cold especially if Undertaker wins Batista' s Belt at Wrestlemania. The Undertaker does not talk much so he would not say I Quit.

I think he would win. Stone Cold has always been a better wrestler in my mind. The undertaker is just really large. Stone Cold would never say I quit.....so it would be interesting to see what they would put each other through. Stone Cold is just way too stubborn to ever utter those words.

If I had to pick someone I would say Undertaker would win. They both are brawling style wrestlers, but Undertaker started taking on a bit of a submission style as well recently. The only thing that SCSA has in his arsenal is the sharpshooter that he got from his feud with Bret Hart.
Undertaker has been beaten by SCSA, but never by submission. Only one person has every gotten Undertaker to tap out, if memory serves me right, and that was Mankind.
It is possible that neither would ever say those words, but if I HAD to pick one of them, my vote goes to Undertaker.

great match idea but i agree with the first guy...can you imagine undertaker or stone cold saying I Quit? Na, me either...they would let the other rip their head off before they quit

anyone can beat anyone in the wwe because the matches are scripted so yes I think he can beat the undertaker in an I Quit Match

Stone Cold is one tough S.O.B, but the Undertaker is the deadman. I don't know.
