She is NOT ASKING if she will show more with a boy. Read her question. She is saying the DR. saw the "winkie" at 15 weeks and said it was a boy and she asks is it common to see a boy baby sooner on a ultrasound then a girl
I would say no. I am surprised they could tell it was a boy yet being that it is still so small at 15 weeks. I would have it confirmed again later if you can

No, boys are just easier to determine than girls because if you see a pee pee it is for sure a boy. Sometimes when you don't see one, it could just not be in the right position to see it or it could be a girl.
Any by the way Dragon. I was barely 15 weeks with my first pregnany when ultra sound showed boy......HE is 4 years old now.
Had ultra sound at 15 weeks with this pregnany.....most definately a boy again.
When the tech sees a pee pee...it is a boy. It is very clear. No need for a "confirmation" later on.

No. I don't think it's a question of earlier or later. At 15 wks, the baby is small enough to see a lot, but it also means they are curled up. When they get a little bigger they don't have as much room, making it harder to see.

From what I learned while I was pregnat was not the sex of the baby but how skinny you are and how many kids you have!! The skinnier you are the earlier you will show but the more kids you have the later you will show!!

Showing early has nothing to do whether it is a boy or girl. It has more to do with your height and your weight gain. Shorter women shows early than taller women do.

Actually, boys show later than girls. Girls develop a lot quicker.
