I kid you not. I knew someone that had a neighbor(duplex) and we really do think she was a phone sex operator. She got a little vocal in her bathroom a few times. She was incredibly nasty by the way. Working from home will require the ability for you to provide for a need that is out there.

An uncle of mine has set up a website for continuing education credit for plumbers and electricians. It's growing pretty good and his intentions are to semi retire and let the website do the work. Last I heard he made about $1500 In December.
