This a step by step of what you do:

If you are not sure which memory is compatible with your system here a guide that will help you http://www.helpwithpcs.com/buying/hardware_buying_guide_ram_memory.htm

To install your memory you will need:

- Compatible DIMM memory modules.
- Cross-point (Philips) screwdriver for your PC case.
- Anti-Static Wrist-strap (if available).
note: Disconnect the power and remove your PC's cover

After removing the cover the first thing to do is to locate the DIMM slots on your motherboard.

Unless you are installing a new motherboard then your slots will already have at least one dimm module installed, if this is the case then install the new memory module into the empty slot next to the module that is already installed.

If your motherboard does not have any memory installed then refer to your motherboard's manual for details about which slot to use.

note: Motherboards vary, your motherboard may have a different amount of slots.

When you remove the DIMM memory module from its packaging hold it by the edges, try not to touch the gold coloured contacts as this can damage the memory.

Now you are ready to install the module, ensuring the notches line up with the keys, now your memory is installed, ensure you haven't loosened any cables while you have been working and also ensure that the memory module is fully seated and the ejector clips are in the vertical position.

Put the cover to your PC back and reboot. The memory should be recognized instantly, if your PC beeps when you turn it on chances are that memory is not inserted correctly, if this is the case follow the steps again.

Remove the case of the computer. Locate the memory slots (banks) assuming you know what the memory should look like. If not search on the net for what computer memory should look like. The memory snaps into place much the same way that your printer cable probably snaps onto the printer. There may be more than one bank for the memory modules. Remove one module and take it to a computer shop to ensure that you buy a compatible memory module. Ask the sales clerk to tell you how to install the memory and also what to buy to maximize your memory usage.
Don't worry it really is easier than I have made it sound. Just make sure that the installed memory is snug in the slot.

Once you find the other memory stick, it is fairly easy to figure out how to install the other one.

Just be sure that you have the correct type of memory. On the part with all the gold connectors, you will notice one or two notches. These are there to make sure you do not put the stick in the slot backwards.

I would suggest taking the stick that is currently installed out of the machine so you can compare the pins and notches to make sure you have the correct memory. Then it is as easy as lining it up, matching the notch in the stick with the slot and then pushing with even pressure on both sides to snap the stick in the slot.

It is indeed easy you just have to be sure your PC is completely turned off even unplug every cable so static would not damage your memory then open your PC and you'll see the proper slots where the memory will be placed now you have nothing else to do but place it properly ¿how do i know it is placed? well the slot has 2 clasps that will close automatically after this close your PC and that's all

open your computer. you should see the memory that is already in there - it will look like your new sticks of memory you bought. There should be some empty slots next to it. You put the new sticks into those slots. Then start up your computer and make sure it works! Good luck!
