HELLO! Thank you for this one. What is the deal? Ya want pants or shorts??? If it's 35 degrees out and you're cold then wear some dang clothes for pete's sake. I live in the south were the Capri pants is the norm. Man they look stupid.

My first impulse is to tear off my own arm and beat them to death with it...but propriety and simple mathematics cause me to refrain (as I only have two arms...and I must use one to do the beating...I would be serverely limited in the amount of beatings I could administer.)
So, I say carry a roll of duct tape around, and tape their mouths shut. Tell them that they are not cold because they did not dress for the weather, but rather because they have allowed all of the hot air to escape from their mouth. By stopping up the leak, you are helping them to keep warm.

You could just laugh at them. It's their own problem so there's really nothing that CAN be done about them.
I did that to my boss yesterday. It was in the high 30's and he forgot to bring his coat (he said he thought it was suppose to warm up). He kept having to leave the office, running from building to building checking on various tenant issues, and he froze his fat little a** off all day. I kept trying to offer him the use of my coat, but I guess he thought he would sillier wearing a blue fox jacket.

What idiots! And to top that one how about the people who wear flip flops when there is snow on the ground?!!? UGH, some kids do this at college.... because their mommy and daddy still pay the doctor bills. Once they get out in the "real world".... maybe they will stop.

he he that sounds like people here in TEXAS ..... I saw a women wearing a no sleeve shirt and flip flops the other day going into the grocery store and it was about 35 then also.......

we have the opposite...
A coworker here always wears a jacket for her personal dress code. So, she always feels warm. So, she turns the AC down to her comfortable spot which coincidentally makes everyone else freeze.
