I m only 12th pass with Science standard from open school but i have better knowledge of english language.and i want to work in Uk,America or Canada can i get job if i work in internation call center 4 some months ???

you will not get a work permit for Canada with those poor english skills as there are thousands of people already in Canada (with better english) who can work at call centres. I should know - I am a new immigrant and I just spent the last 2 years doing call centres. Finally managed to get a better paying job but it was a struggle.

USA does not have call centres - they are all being outsourced to Canada and India.
