I haven't run for a few months, and I need some really good music to put on my mp3 player. Thanks!

I do aerobic dancing and use upbeat contemporary Christian music. There's lots of good stuff out there, it just depends on your style. Do your own mix, starting with something easy and working up to whatever suits your strides. Then, end with a cool down song...something that sets your mood for the rest of your day. When you listen to positive music, you'll find peace in what you're doing, which will make you more likely to continue doing it. This works for any exercise you do, not just running. Some Christian bookstores have an area where you can sample music, and find what you like. Check it out. Have a great day. <*)))><

"Wannabe" by The Spice Girls. Have you seen that US commercial for some type of rewards program where the woman is running alongside her guy driving the car playing this tune? It gets her motivated!
