The 6.0 L has a displacement of 366 cu. in. compared to the 5.7 L having 350 cu. in., so the 6.0 is definitely the larger of the two.

As stated by the guy above me, a 350 has 5.7 liters of displacement. The 6.0 has just that, 6.0 liters of displacement. In terms of size, I believe that the engine block is the same, It total diplacement is a greater volume. Try looking up engine displacement on wikipedia to better understand this.
