I was very fit but I never had "abs" until i did this:

35 sit ups in AM, 35 sit ups at lunch, 35 sit ups when u get home from work/school, 35 sit ups before bed.--every day.

Space it out over the day, and build up more as you get stronger, but you will notice a MAJOR difference in about 2-3 weeks. You must do the sit ups frequently thoughout the day, and be strict about it & **dont miss**!

If you have some extra weight on your gut, mix in some long slow jogging 3x week.

It should take you 1-2 minutes to do the situps. Not a bad trade off... 10-15 minutes a day for a sculpted tummy!

Good luck and stick with it!!!

Six packs require a lot of time and effort. You need to do many crunches and sit ups. I reccomend buying an ab roller, they work reall well.

How long it will take you depends on how far you are away from having one. If your fat it will take you much longer because you first need to lose the weight and then begin on the sculpting.

If your already thin it won't take long as long as you keep at it everyday. It may take awhile to notice results but don't worry: it's working

riding a bike can help you on your way to lower your body fat. About the sit ups, work your way up. Start with as many as you can do with hurting yourself and each day do a little more. Make sure you are using correct form too.

Expect results, I really recommend it--and so do many body builders and models. Its a workout that doesnt sugar coat the necessities to accomplish your goals!
