Spending some quality time with my loving wife who was thoughtful enough to buy me chocolates and other assorted valentines goodies. Too bad she has to work today, less time for spooning :-(

Just staying home tonight. We always go out after Valentine's Day to avoid all the people. I got chocolates and a dozen oriental lilies from my hubby.

My husband knows that chocolate is a no-no for this girl. He did pay for a day at the salon though. I got my hair color weaved or streaked, if you will and a nice bronzed tan. I got him a new game for his ps3 and he will get me as a present later tonight.

I am just sitting at home with the kids. Me and my husband decided long time ago not to buy into the whole buying to show your love thing. We just do what we always do and just love each other. Stores get my money every other day, not today though.

NOPE -- just happy to be BLISSFULLY ALONE this day (was a long-term single parent, finally an empty-nesting single retiree), and sitting in my home, comfy, nice electric throw over my legs with them elevated (I broke my foot a little over a week ago -- multiple bones broken), so it is nice to be able to sit in PEACE and QUIET and not have anyone demanding anything, being nasty, not willing to help at all (individuals in my home) or individuals being rude to me at this time. I just am glad to be by my self!

I got choccies from my partner, Mon Chérie and Ferrero Rocher, and I've got a prezzie to come from him, but he hasn't given it to me yet...
