As much as I've love Barcelona, I have to say Mourinho because he's taken a little known team from the Portugese league and become European Club Champions. It's hard to gauge this kind of thing with coaches who have fantastic, world class teams, but what Mourinho did with FC Porto a couple years back proves his merit. Taking nothing off of Rijkaard, he's a great coach to, having also won the Champions League, but he did it with a team already full of stars.

simply cos he control star players and they look up to him ( not to say that barca players dont look up 2 rijkard)
plus jost has won the cl with average players (porto)
