Julius Caesar died a long time before Christ was even born. Nero was the Roman Emperor but the Jewish authorities demanded Jesus be crucified and Pontius Pilate sanctioned it. He didn't order the execution but he did nothing to prevent it.

Because of the holiday (Passover) the people were allowed to release one prisoner. Pilate really wanted that to be Jesus because he was under heavy political pressure to take the responsibility for Jesus' Crucifixion.
When the people chose Barnabas the thief to be freed, Pilate was able to shift the responsibility onto the people (since they had failed to free Jesus when given the opportunity). He "washed his hands" of the responsibility.
Whether or not the Jewish leaders really condemned Jesus or participated in the prophesy with Jesus' cooperation is still a hotly debated issue.
The only for sure thing is that Jesus gave his life for one man: Barnabas.

Pilot was not actually a king, but a consul to the Roman Emperor. The puppet king of the Jewish people, Herod, did not have the authority to put someone to death, only Rome could proclaim that sentence.
(That is not to say that Herod didn't kill people, but not in an official sign-you- name-on-the- death-warrant way.)

The Parashies demanded his excution so he was questioned by Pilate the governer. Pilate found no fault in him so they took him to King Herod
King Herod found no reason to kill him so he was again taken to Piate.
Palate brought out the muderer Barabas asking whom the people would have him free. They said "Free Barabas!" So he did.
He then asked "What would you have me do with Jesus of Nazareth?" The crowd demanded that he be crucified.
Pilate then asked for water and washed his hands saying "Let the blood of this man be on your hands"

Nobody ordered his crucifixion as such. The Sanhedrin demanded his execution and Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor of Judea, fearing the power of these religious leaders, succumbed to their wishes. The Sanhedrin itself had no authority to execute criminals under Roman law.

I am Catholic. The church started with Jesus Saying thou art Peter. the term Catholic was first used by Ignatius around the year 110 AD. It is derived from the Greek word Katholicos. BTW the word bible does not appear in the Bible either. Yet you say it is the Holy bible why do people such as you work so hard at trying to split Christianity even further apart.
