Iam like that too some times what u can do is Make sure before your period comes you have every thing you need at home. "pads, medicine, candy, soup, and tea." It will relax you more when you are prepared. Also for me it helps when on my first day I'll be mostly to myself then after that I can be around people with out sapping. " Invest in a heating pad, also some as I get my period I will take two of my medicine and it makes it even better with tea and it clames me. Hope u feel better ;-)

Hormones. Just wait till you get pregnant, LOL! Or worse yet after you give birth! I have 5 children, trust me it is very normal to cry, have mood swings, etc. It is just a part of being female.

I saw on a TV commercial that if you get all mad and cry a lot, you might have something like extreme premenstrual symptoms. I'm not sure that's what it's called, or even if it's real. But it's probably just your body reacting normally.

I don't know why........that happened to me the other day......yes that time of month........I all of sudden became very sad and started to cry ....and my bf was hella confused........he's like "why are you crying" and i was like "i don't know why",lol....ahhh the downsides of being a female..
