I don't know for sure who said it, if it was even said. But I'd place my money on George Bush, or his administration's "intelligence."

I totally disagree. Not all countires will run best under a democracy, as one would be led to believe. Maybe it's not "pollicaly correct," or American of me to say, but Iraq needs to be ruled with an iron fist.

With the deep seeded hatered between the Sunnis and Shiites, they will NEVER be able to get along, let alone allow an election of one or the other pass in peace. Sad but true. They live all facets of thier lives according to thier religions, and thier religions are designed to not be able to live in peace with one another, and killing the other is not punishiable by thier gods, it is actually encouraged. To die for thier religions is to be maryter.

Unless you can get these people to change thier beliefs (nearly impossible, and highly immoral) they will continue to fight each other. The idea of brining democracy to Iraq is a fantasy. In the long run, our war to "free the Iraqi People" will cause more kaos and death to the people than what was under Saddams rule.

I don't know of anybody who said that. Certainly anybody with common sense knew that removing Saddam Hussein would leave a power vacuum, which the US would have to fill for a while. Not to do so would be irresponsible.

Its pretty obvious that Iraq is much less stable today than when Hussein was in power. Whether or not the Iraqi government can ever achieve stability remains to be seen.

Is it in any respect plausible that Saddam were given rid of the wmd's through the time we were given there? Why the hell are you so worried about Saddam's emotions? How grow to be that risky slander? How is it slander? Saddam grow to be delivered to justice and that got here about lower than Bush's watch!! someone placed this adult men binkie again in his mouth, i'm drained of listening to him whine! Bush honestly wasn't taking area in cover the cigar with anybody at the same time as this grow to be occurring, it is more beneficial than i can say for Clinton. As for Obama, he's already shown himself worthless.

Given subsequent events, only a total idiot would agree with that position.

As for who. . .the same person who said Saddam had WMD, that Saddam was liked to al-Qaida,who said "Mission Accomplished, who's been telling us how great his stay the course straetgy was--and on other topics, told us what a great job Mike Brown and FEMA were doing while New Orleans drowned. . . .

It's difficult to unite people who have been running around barefoot in the sand fighting each other for thousands of years.
