Hmm. My Valentine by Martina McBride is a fabolous song. Other than that I would say some slow instrumental music. You could play some music from The Notebook. Like the opening song. That piece is amazing and so romantic. I think she would be suprised that you picked an instrumental song!
Good luck!

Hmmm, depends.
You can't go wrong with Sinatra (good for dining, drinking, and dancing)
-World on a String
-Under my skin
- Black Magic
Or there's the 'sex' music (Barry White, Prince, etc). I can't help you much with this.
There's the old pop love songs (If you're old enough to remember 'Take my Breath Away' or maybe some Billy Joel) Or even oldies if that's your cup of tea.
I like country music (I know a lot of people don't). It's the only contemporary music where they're still singing love songs.
- Wave on Wave
-Tall, Tall Trees
- Shameless
Really I would reccomend Sinatra. The songs are romantic and go great with dinner and effortlessly segue into some after dinner fun.
