of trouble with the fuzz, and the Goverment and by doing so I could get a ALOT I mean ALOT of money...She was once my friend but truly a few years back she and her looser boyfriend did me wrong real real bad...I could really careless if she lives or dies either one of them now..Why is it that I hesitate to drop the dime?

Because you are not a sleazeball and while what you are thinking about doing might be legal and right, the reason you would be doing it is petty and mean and vindictive.
Move on - forgive and really forget and don't give in to the bad impulses. Money isn't everything - and this kind of money is only going to lead to really bad things.

Because you are better than they are. What you could do is threaten to go to the police and government in exchange for you not doing so, you could pimp her and her boyfriend out and have them making money for you. LOL
But that's being mean huh? I pimped my ex wife for about 4 years so she could pay me back the $40,000 in bad checks she wrote on my checking account after we were divorced.
I made a small fortune on her.
