I realize it is a very odd question, however I was wondering this and I am curious.

It really isnt an odd question. Whenever I first started dancing I wondered that as well. What I usually do is cut most of the string off and just tuck the little bit of string that is left up inside. Even if you cut the whole string off, it wont get stuck inside of you becuase you can just use your muscles to push it out. You should also use baby wipes frequently throughout the night to clean yourself up. And always make sure it is up far enough, cause you dont want to spread your legs in front of some guys face and have a little bit of a tampon sticking out, thats not very sexy.
