The only reliable early test i know of is first response and that can show 4 days before your expected period, for me it didn't work because i was having an ectopic pregnancy it took 2 weeks to show,One thing i would say is it is rather early to think you are experieing symptoms such as cramps cramps would appear around the 6th week of pregnancy this would be your abdomen bloating or an ectopic forming, dont want to scare you but his is true you cannot have the symptom of cramping this early meaning pregnancy you may be pregnant as you have had intercourse on your ovulation but if you havent conceived for 2 years you should perhaps not get your hopes up and see a Doctor instead,90% of couple conceive within 12 months of trying i cant understand why you havent been to a doctor.Wanting to be pregnant can really make you think you are i even had a positive test but i wasn't preggo the loss of my other had made me want one so bad.Try to relax take a deep breath and go see a doctor

I would wait as even if your are pregnant it will probably show a negative at this stage. I did a test 6 days before I was due (I also was keen to find out) and it said negative at that time and I am now 26 weeks pregnant which I found out a week after doing the negative test. It will be good news whenever you find out so dont worry about it being a valentines surprise. Just relax and try in a few days time. Good luck xx

Hi,
At 10 days past ovulation it would be difficult to get a positive test result - HCG is only produced once the egg has implanted - if you are experiencing what could potentially be - implantation cramps you definitely would NOT get a pregnancy test showing positive today. You would need to leave it at least 5-7 days as a late implantation would mean that you wouldn't get a positive pregnancy test results until around then.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you - and best of luck

A first response can be used five days early! Do it tomorrow or the next day! I think today, if you are it is too early, but you could buy a test with two in it and maybe get a very faint line today! So, you can try today, but get a f r with 2 tests! Good luck!

Wouldn't hurt to try one, but don't get your hopes up too much! You could be pregnant. I had slight cramping with both my pregnancies. Felt like my period coming on, but they didn't come :)
If you do take the test and it comes back negative, then don't test again til the day u miss your period. That's probably what you should do anyways, wait..but what a wonderful valentine surprise if you found out today!
Good luck!
*fingers crossed*

Even the early pregnancy tests tell you the earliest they can detect is 5 days before a MISSED period, this is actually 4 days before your period. So yes it is too early to test.

Leave it another week at least. don't get your hopes up either. just stay relaxed, do your thing and then test first thing in the morning. If you stress to much about trying for a baby, it could make your periods late too. Chill out & Good luck !!!

I think it would be too early for you to get a positive result. A test wouldn't be accurate yet. It would be best to wait for at least 2 or 3 days. It will still be a great present for your partner, whatever day it is!

If it shows up negative you should probably wait until your period is due and if it doesn't happen test again then.
Good luck!
