Well if it's 19:15 in South Africa, then it's 17:15 in England. The uk is 2 hours behind when it's winter(in the Uk), but during the UK's summer time there is only 1 hour time difference.

For now its a 2 hour difference, SA being ahead of the UK. But it will change to a 1 hour difference.

In UK winter time UK is 2 hours behind SA

In UK summer time UK is 1 hour behind SA - this shifts at the end of March.

Thank goodness SA does not also have winter and summer time

It is usually an hour difference, but if they change their clocks then it will be 2 hours now until next month.
