I need a birthday present for my mom old?

She is going to be 44 years old. I dont want anything more expensive then 20 dollars. But she already has a million candles what should i get her???

well if she likes lotion you could go to bath and body works. Their lotions smell great and alot of the time you can get her a little gift set that is usually less than 20 dollars. Sometimes you end up spending exactly 20 but it is worth it cause the gift set is nice. Also worse comes to worse you could get her a 20 dollar gift certificate for some place you might know that she likes or get her a certificate for a mall she shops at. There is alot you can do for 20 dollars. It just depends on what you like and know that your mother will like also. Good luck!

Does she NEED anything?
A DVD/VHS of a favorite movie.

Does she knit or quilt or have any hobbies? Go to a store that sells such things and ask for suggestions.

A recipe book.

Something FUN for her desk at work or home.

Try looking into other things that she likes. Does she have favorite pets? Is there any particular movie she likes? What about music?
Another option is to make her something. I do it all the time, and it works wonders. If you do a search, you can find all sorts of easy crafts that can be done relatively fast and easy with a quick trip to Hobby Lobby.

There is a book you could order for her for less than $20.00 off of Amazon.com. It's called To Daughter With Love. It's a book/journal for her to read and fill in over the years. She fills in information about her mother, herself, and you, her daughter about good times and memories. She gives it back to you when she is done filling it out. It's an inexpensive, thoughtful gift, and a keepsake that you will probably love having and looking back on later in life. Your mother is unknown to Y! Answerers. You only know her tastes, her habits, her needs. You will be in a better position to select a gift for her. Select something useful to her or something elegant that she will keep as her prized possession. Don't give too much importance to it - don't think your gift represents your love and affection to her. It is merely a token to show that you remember her birthday.
