You are paraphrasing Olber's Paradox.
Please read up on it. (A few paragraphs here do not do it justice.)

We don't see all the way back to the beginning of time. The cosmic background radiation is from about 300,000 years after the start. What we are actually seeing is the cooled radiation that started from things that were far away from us (relatively speaking) at that time and the light is just now catching up with us. Remember that space has been expanding since that time, so the light has to travel through all that extra space.

Hi. We can only look back as far as light has traveled in the time since the universe formed. Light did not start traveling right away because to original material was not transparent, they say, so we cannot look back to the beginning.

I am sure I am probably talking out the other side of my face when it comes to the vastness of knowledge that we have and as of yet have.

I read somewhere they can see into the distant past by looking at things on the subatomic levels even in the subatomic areas of quantum mechanics having 16 quantum levels per atom? back me up guys if you know this theory. Please don't sandbag me lol.

By looking at the farthest stars and galaxies, you are in effect looking back in time. The light that is just now reaching us from those sources is billions of years old. So you are seeing them as they appeared billions of years ago, not as they appear now. Although they appear that way now to us.

a theoretical visit to the beginning of the universe is about the best we will probably ever do.
