it all depends how much and what they sell, just like salesman, you gotta sell yourself and your product. on average they tend to do pretty well. the more places you sell the more money you make.

Yes, the ones that work at it can make real good money. The problem is, it takes so long to get the commissions coming in from your sales, most people can't wait 6-8 months without any income. You have to be determined, and really work hard at it. You may want to check out time shares, you don't need a license to start, usually they will train you, and you can get draws, but these draws come out of your sales, they do keep the bills paid. You have to live in a resort area to do this. I suggest, Myrtle Beach North Carolina, or Panama City Beach Florida.

I guess that is Market and Location dependent.
A good housing market means a lot of people are buying.
A bad housing market means that not too many people are buying homes.
It also depends on the location naturally. Location Location Location.
Sometimes, something good happens to make the property go up in value. Sometimes, something bad happens to make the property go down in value (Love Canal, Katrina, etc)

no like most sales. About twice as many people start as stay in it. Those who start and leave make lousy money and throw off the average.
However those who stay and work hard can make lots of money.

Not according to the ones I deal with but then, they are prone to being economical with the truth. I suspect as with all sales jobs it depends how good they are. Mine is fab so I hope he makes a fortune. He's certainly helping me on the way to make mine.
