Most of the time, this person is very unhappy. Try to ignore her the best that you can. She might be looking for something physical. Stay away from her.

Hun happy valentine to you, look at it this way. She's trying to make you jealous cause she envies you for some reason.
Most people do things like that when they are an attention seeker or just wish they were you.
Just continue to be you and try to ignore her, i know it will be difficult but just remember what i said; she wants to be like you.

I agree with playful, she's jealous of you and wants to be like you. Ignore her. You are very intelligent, and figured her out real quick. Jealousy is such an ugly virtue. Stand your ground and forget about her. Good Luck!! She will go out of her mind trying to get your goat, don't let it happen.

just be yourself, don't show off. It get's u no where.....after a while ppl will start to get fed-up of her......
