Why would you want to marry a man just because he's Scottish though? Sounds a bit dodgy and weird to me!

Go live in Scotland, of course. When you're there ride trains, don't fly anywhere. Get ready to live in Scotland permanently if that's the way it works out. On the other hand, get ready to bring him to America if that's what you both want.
Don't imagine that Scots men are all Bravehearts. The fact is that Scotland is one of the most unhealthy countries in Europe, with a lot of cigarette smokers and bad eating habits. So look carefully at what you are getting into.
