my friend had her expensive watch and cash stolen by a house guest, then informed the police.......... now her car has been vandalised 4 times, slashed tyre, superglued locks and paintstripper over bonnet..... how do i fix this. i`m looking stupid

Stay within the Law because if you take reprisals you could be the one going to prison. That happens too many times these days because decent people tell the truth and the kind you are dealing with doesn't, so it's easier for police to prosecute decent people than thugs and thieves.
A security firm will be able to advise on how to gather evidence of crimes like this and your own video or mobile phone video might be all you need. As the damage sounds quite expensive to repair, you might find it worth your while to contact a private security firm to gather evidence for you.

I don't see how you are expected to fix this..these are just unfortunate incidences, Unless there is a jealous ex- girlfriend in the works.
