First, of all I am sick of all these skinny supermodels making people like you think that you have to be a size 0 to be beautiful. Second , since you are 5'6 if you where a size 0 that would be gross. Size 10 is really not a bad size for your height, also muscle weighs more than fat so sometime you can exercise, eat a balanced diet and not notice a change in pant size but that doesn't mean that you are not losing fat.

I would suggest that you should not even try
If you are unhappy at size 10 you are likely to be no happier at size 0 and the cause of your unhappiness is far from your size
At a 10 you are a great shape and size to be for a young woman and you possibly need to address your own personal insecurity
Please don't starve yourself to this unhealthy size that you think will cure all of your problems. If you are unable to talk to your family or friends please talk to someone, anyone that will listen and help you. Young people are worth more than this and I think that the media and the fashion industry place too much pressure on how we look. We are who we are and nothing can change that. Life is too short to worry just keep healthy and let the rest happen on it's own
Forget all the negatives on here. My wife struggles with her weight for being too heavy. I love her, all of her inside and out and after 25 happy years it is still as strong as ever. Whatever her size
Be very happy at a 10 because this is a great size to be because it is you that matters. Not other peoples perception of what you must be
Good luck and do try to talk to someone about this face to face. It might help

You are not overweight in any means. You don't need to be a size 0, it's too small. I'm not sure how much 10stone is in lbs, but someone said it's 140 or something. That's not a lot. I'm thin, but not a 0. I don't think I ever was a size 0. There's nothing wrong with a size 10. You eat healthy and exercise so you have a healthy body, keep it that way.

Jeana,
Why? Size 0 is not appropriate for a 5'6" woman. I'm 5' & was never a zero and was always small. 3 was the smallest I ever was.
Hate yourself,,,,hmm. That's not about weight. Can you get to the source of the self-hate?
I know it's difficult in today's society. So much celeb press. Men really don't want a skinny girl.
Try not to focus on not eating as that will only make you want to eat. Exercise & eat sensibly and forget the rest.
Be well & love yourself first..........

That is a pretty crazy size to want to go down to. Size zero is not a healthy size for someone of your height. I am your same height but I am a size 5. Trust me when I say this, no body thinks really skinny girls are attractive. Guys don't like not having any meat to hold on to and with all these super skinny models being shown, it's only giving a false impression on what beauty is. Being skinny isn't everything. I think if you're trying to lose weight to be healthier than that's great. But you shouldn't go on any crash diets. Your goal is frankly stupid. Why not put your goal to be a size 7 instead?? Don't you want to keep your beautiful curves? And never say you hate eating food because there are millions of people in this world who are starving and you shouldn't take that for granted. It sounds like you have some serious issues with yourself and maybe you should look into getting some help.

To tell the truth I think at 5'6" a size zero is a little small.
I am 5'7" I weigh 125 I can wear a range of clothing between a 5 to a 8 at 10 pounds more I wore a 6 -10. I am in no way fat at either size, and I'm guessing neither are you. As long as you are healthy be happy with yourself! I'm sure you are very beautiful!

Seriously what ever you do DON'T DON'T DON'T become a size 0 it's not good for your health you should be happy with your perfect size 10 figure there are many girls out there that would love to be as slim as you are just be glad that you are slim and healthy
i'm a UK size 10 myself and think being a skeletal size 0 is one of the wost things a woman can be it really does set out a wrong example to todays young women

please tell me the only reason you want to be a size zero is because NO ONE else fits into zero and that is the only size left on the clearance rack, and you are a bargain shopper! I was larger than size zero in fourth grade! Honestly, you are being unrealistic about your body. You need to consider your skeletal frame, muscle tone and genetics. You probably look just fine as a size 10. If you want to be a size zero, then you better be prepared to lose your chest too and you may even become infertile. Women need body fat and if you ever want a future as a mother, you will continue to eat healthy and exercise and enjoy a peice of junk food ever now and then. Be happy where you are and stop trying to fight your natural fate of where you should be. Your body desires food because you need it! evaluate why you want to be so thin, is it because of other girls? If so, find new friends who arent so superficial. Guys dont like skin and bone- you really dont want to be looked at as too fragile to touch do you?? stay a size 10 and be proud!

Why do you feel like you need to be a size zero? Most 12 yr olds are more than a size zero! That's unhealthy. Do you really want to lead a life of starving yourself, health problems, depriving yourself of food, and constantly worrying about your body image? Or lead a helathy, happy life, doing things you love with people you love. I don't understand why you don't see yourself as beautiful. You are gorgeous! And you know, the best part about loving food is actually eating it. Stop obssessing about your body image and really see yourself for who you are, amazing and pretty. I think, if this goes too far, you should get help.
