Just go out and start killing. Ive found that if you stick to complete strangers, it makes it more difficult for the police to track - since most murders are committed by acquaintences and such, it will make you that much harder to catch!! Keep your hair and skin covered so as to not leave any trace evidence, and use a super sharp knife or wire to kill - guns are loud and leave too much evidence! Clean weapons well after each use!
