I have very fair skin also, and very dark hair.

It depends what look you want to go for. I prefer the fresh look at all times, even if i'm going out in the evening. So I have been advised by MAC make up artists to go for peaches, and light pinks. But mostly peach colours. However, because I have dark hair, I can often get a way with something a bit deeper, or a bit brighter. But when I want to look as natural as possible, I go for Peach.

You can go into any department store and ask them what blusher would suit you, and they would try various colours which they think would look good on you, and then in the end you can either walk away and tell then you'll think about it, or you can buy the best one.

If you have pink tones a good shade for foundation is the Bare Minerals 1.0. If you have slight yellow tones, the 1.2 or 2.0 would work good. One way to tell what your skin is to look at the veins on your wrist. If the veins appear blue, you have pink tones and do best with neutral/cool shades.
