Absolutely talk to your partner about it. I'm not sure if this is exactly a universal truth, but I think that sex is a huge part of what keeps a relationship going. It's an essential part of how we communicate with one another and express passion and desire for the other person. If sex becomes infrequent or displeasing to one or both of you, then problems are just ahead. I don't think it needs to be said more than once that these types of problems can lead to infidelity among other things. I think that you should both talk about why you're not satisfied, what you like, and what you are both comfortable with trying in order to please the other. If you both love each other as much as it sounds like you do, then the sky should be the limit to make the other happy. Also, if the problem is a lack of sex, there can obviously be plenty of reasons for this. One big one that I've noticed is for the simple fact that you're so tired when you get home just from the day-to-day responsibilities. Often times passion takes a back seat to life. However, and plenty of experts back this up, a really effective way to solve that particular problem is (as stupidly simple as this sounds) to just do it. Let's just say that it's the wife in a relationship that seems disinterested or lacks the energy for sex. Chances are, if she would just start to engage in foreplay with the intention of having sex, even if not initially in the mood, you're going to get in the mood. I don't know many people that are attracted to their partner and can turn it down once things are heating up. I like to equate it to going to the gym. Sometimes is just takes getting over that threshold, walking through the door, to provide you with the motivation and desire that you need.

Talk to your partner, be open and honest, and make it work.

Well I'm with this guy for over 5 years and our sex is not like it used to be. But I like someone's idea about the jar. Both of you write what you would like from the other person sexually and when you're in the mood, pick out a random wish from the jar and act apon it!

You need to sit down with each other and find out what you both like and do it for each other. I am glad to see a couple trying to work things out with in, instead of going outside the relationship.

Incorperate new things in the bed room, that always seems to help.Have sex at a other time in the day than what your usual is.Somthning new that you both enjoy could bring back that "SPARK" that you had long ago.And what better day to bring that back than Valentines day?

Yes, and you can drop little hints to do other things. No matter what, DONT BE HONEST and tell that person that you suck in bed. Just tell her that you want to try something different. She might like it. If she's not open to it then thats something all together different.
