You're 11...act 11...We all started experimenting with make up around that age - I remember girls with the eyeshadow or the glitter or nail polish. But being so young I would suggest all you wear is a great smelling lip chap or gloss - like the ones made by Lip Smackers...maybe a little eyeshadow if you reaaaally want to...but keep in mind it may give some of your peers the wrong impression - I know you shouldn't care what other people think and should be able to do what you like...but you're 11...go run outside and play soccer or ride your bike...you shouldn't be worrying yourself with makeup for at least another 4 or 5 years.

hey i am 12 and i basically have the same problem but my skin i really sensititve so what u should do is to cover up the spots, use the maybellne pure makeup it has no oil and 50% water so then ues a lt. pink eyeshadow with lt. brown in the crease a little shimmer around the eye ( yes all around ur eye, just enough for a little "bling")
some light peach blush and black mascara but here is the weird part but it will make u fabulous use a red lipliner on your top lashline i know that it will make u look fab cause i do it and some sparkely lip golss and u wont have to redo ur makeup durring the day and dont worry about rubbing ur eyes throught the day it will be fine but all u need 2 carry is a lipgloss that u like and the secret to not spending alot of money on the makeup is dollar store and walmart! good luck oh and use proactive

You're too young to look trampy so don't worry about the war paint. Focus instead on taking care of your skin. I also like Clean and Clear products and also use Stridex medicated face pads on nose, chin and forehead. DON'T use moisturizer or your zits will bloom like roses. Almay makes a 'skin-clearing' liquid make-up that is medicated and also covers zits. It's best applied with a little wedge sponge. For more stubborn ones get the 'skin-clearing' concealer stick. Be sure to match the make-up color to your actual skin not what you think you should look like.
Witch Hazel (comes in a bottle) is a great and cheap skin toner that removes oil and dirt and leaves skin soft. If you're skin is oily, wipe down with it frequently.
Lip gloss is fine for everyday. Ask mom for help if you are going to a really fancy event. Only use light 'adult' make-up if the event is at night. Otherwise you risk looking like a clown. Good luck!

11 is too young to be wearing a lot of makeup. A little pink eyeshadow, and a little lip gloss is fine. If you want to cover up any spots, use a concealer.
There is no treatment that can make a pimple disappear overnight, although a lot of brands say that. I use the clean and clear spot treatment, and it usually takes my spots away in around 3 days.

honestly at 11(you'll prob here this a lot) but you shouldnt wear makeup or need to wear it for that matter...But, if pple ur age r wearing it or you just want to wear it I can understand. What I would do is line the inner rim of underneath your eye with black pencil liner. Put mascara on your top lashes, sweep some skin light skin-color-ish blush lightly over your face. Use a clear gloss or a light pink one. If you really want to use eyeshadow as well, use revlon creamy 4-some eyeshadows, get a light color like golds or light browns and lightly blend from your lash line to the crease and just blend out when you get there and use a very light color and sweep from your crease to your brow.
For your spots instead of blush you can use Maybelline Dream matte mouse foundation, its very smooth and light, and make sure you get your skin color. There's many good concealers out there but the best is more pricey(its by Estee Lauder) and it works great!!
Also, you could try proactiv for you skin. It works great(unless you have sensitive skin). Hopefully you figure out something...Good LUCK!

I think wearing tons of make up only makes you look worse. At 11 yrs. old try using something that is gentle on your skin since you are so young. A lot of girls (and boys) are going through the same situation about acne during their teen/pre-teen years, and your best bet is to go see a dermatologist. He/she can prescribe the best medicine for you. I personally like Clinique make up, it is a little pricey though. As for covering up your spots, use a cover stick and apply it with a make up brush instead of your finger or just rubbing it on. I hope this helped, just remember beauty is on the inside! As long as you are a nice person that is all that should matter.

Dont worry about it, its all a part of growing up..
I definantly dont recommend wearing heavy make up at 11..
but if you insisted.id recommend concealor.
you dab the concealer on your spots, then dabb it in with your finger, let it dry,and ta-da pimple gone..
maybe add a light coat of powder after this to give you a nice perfect skin tone..and some lip gloss..
wearing heavy make up clogs your pores causing more pimples.
your homornes are changing, thats why you are getting the pimples.
try these things.
wash your face as much as possible.
eat healthy foods
lots of fruits and veges
try face scrubs and mosterisers
you will grow out of this..
covering pimples with make up will only cause more pimples..
i dont reccomend wearing heavy make up until you are at least 13..
i started wearing heavy make up at 12..
and i remember how bad it looked..i thought myself, that it looked good, but i saw old photos and i could not even nearly apply it properly it looked horrible..
my skin kept breaking out..so when i was 13 i went on the contraceptive pill..
IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS, talk to your mum seriously about going on the pill.
it balances your hormones and seriosuly clears up your skin in ways you cant imagine.
i am still on the pill to this day.
if i go off for a few days pimples start to come up..so i stay on it.
the pill seriosuly changed my llife..
but if the pill is not an option (because you are only 11 your mum may not allow it) you could try pro-active..
Seriously consider the pill when ur a bit older though,
youll be amazed

Less makeup is definetly more... especially if you're struggling with acne. Start out with a little concealor for your spots (you can find some that is especially for acne--will help clear up the spots, while still covering them up.) Try some mascara. Eyeliner is good, but not if you're too young--and NOT liquid! Try to match shades according to your hair color. If you have light hair, use browns on your mascara and eyeliner. You could use a little blush if you like. Just keep it looking natural... that's the point--not to LOOK like you're wearing makeup.

i don't want to sound mean but aren't you a little to young for makeup? anywho if you are allowed by your parents to do so then its none of my business. at your age i was really into bonne bell cosmetics. its a brand marketed to young girls. they have a lip product called lipsmackers and they come in colorless and colored in a variety of flavors. Yum! it kinda looks like a chap stick but better! if you have to look good i'd say start off with a curlash. curling your lashes really opens up your eyes and it makes a huge difference. many people are afraid of using it because their skin mught get caught in between so it would be good for you to practice that. by the time you are 16 you probably would have mastered it. also you can try blush or cheek tint. try hypoallergenic and gentle brands like clinique and neutrogena. by the way burts bees has a product like bonne belle.i think you should start with some suttle lip color first you might look old if you try other stuff. beleive me you don't want to regeret the day makeup damaged your skin by starting too early. love your skin while its still fresh.good luck!
