Well, I was born in California 20 years ago & grew up in U.K & Hong Kong. I have been working in The Peninsula (NY) as a General Manager & assistant legal advisor. In order to have a wonderful life, I joined NYPD & U.K Metro Police's firearm department. Do you agree that I should obtain a U.S citizenship as I worked in a famous chained hotel & worked as a law-enforcer?

I am not sure that you asked a clear question but I will attempt to answer. The biggest problem with illegal immigration is that big companies are exploiting people. The companies can pay lower wages and little or no benefits, they can get away with practices that are illegal (besides employing foreigners without work documents) and the workers will say nothing. Then the welfare system picks up the bill for education, medical and food for the families of these workers. And before you say it, most illegals claim maximum dependants and have a low wage so they only pay a small sum to the social security fund and zero to the federal income tax so they ARE NOT paying income tax. The way it is set up now a person in a foreign country that wants to work in the United States will have to go through so many procedures and pay so much money that only the more affluent and rich will attempt the legal move to the United States. To save, beg borrow or steal the $1,500.00 or more to pay a person to smuggle them in is more appealing. The people that the big companies want are not the educated legal workers but the ones they can pay little and control more easily. They are depending on a continued wave of illegals and even if the ones that are here are made legal they will still desire more illegals to keep their costs down and the profits up. Soon we will have such a large amount of people in the work force that the upper wages will begin to decline and there will be a more closely related wage here in the US to the Mexican wage now. We will have rich and poor.... no in-between. There is no cure for this, the big companies and their partners the politicians will not allow it to change and the people of the US are too busy with their 6 tv's, boats, 4 wheelers etc... along with the debt that comes with them to take the time required to get the country back on track.

Well obviously you have not a clue on the things that have to be done to obtain something like that. I suggest you inform yourself before making points or questions so that you might have a more educated knowledge of the process.

Ever wondered why there are so many illegals? Because it's almost impossible to stay here legally. Ask your descendants, they had to kill all the indians to be able to stay here "legally"

for those who just come to US, getting a green card & ask for social benefits without trying to get a job should be deported because they're totally cheaters & bludgers (guys who do nothing) whereas those who tried their best to earn as much as they can but still can't afford higher living standards should come to US & let us help them.
