Like other guys have said, obtaining the street address from an IP address is practically impossible. Try this link, it may give you some high-level information though.

You would have to trace the ip address back to the service provider, and get the information from them. You had better have a good reason for needing it. They may not even give it to you. If you need it because you have proof that ip address caused harm to your computer, you may be able to file a complaint with the provider. But there are all kinds of privacy laws they have to follow.

The IP address IS the exact address.

You can't find an "Exact Address" from an IP Number, but you can find broad info.
Sounds like you are "tracking someone"... are you ?

yould need to go to the isp of that ip adress, which they would be very reluctant to give you any info.

you can find one by going to run, type CMD then type in ipconfig in the command prompt.
it will give you a list and all that. if it is not a good answer, i dunno what else to say at the moment.
