well i got the game and i just beat ocelot and the pain so now im trying to find sokolov the scientist always see me and i get caught soo what do i do?

You need to dress up as one of the scientists and then you can walk around. You still need to be VERY careful around other scientists because they'll come take a closer look and find you out. If any are near, always turn your back and try to get away without running or anything. I just hid in the locker room upstairs until Raikov came patrolling along and then you sneak up on him, take him out, and go masquerading as him. It's one of the harder parts of the game.

If I remember correctly you have to knock out a guard and take his clothes. You should also wear the mask of Raiden. You should then begin searching for Ocelot.
