Well, what exactly is your question? Concerning a Swiss phone number? Or are you in Switzerland having a question about a number in an other (which?) country?

Why don't you provide the complete phone number in question - you might replace the last three digits by xxx...

*If you recognise the last numbers as a home number then it's home- it will also have your local mobile digits before the actual home number or the local area number.

*You can either answer or call it to see if it is home.

I have provided a website that has a lot of dialing info for Switzerland, hope this helps a bit more.

You can also dial any international operator assistance for further help, you can get their number from the telephone directory.

If you are in Switzerland, just check the International numbers for the specific country you want by typing it in search or again ask your operator assistant for help.
