It really depends on the woman. Personally, I have done it a few different times to "please my partner" but I do not enjoy it at all...even with beinf relaxed and having plenty of lube. I really do love anal sex although I doubt I would enjoy it as much if I didn't know that my partner enjoyed it so. You can't separate the two reasons so completely. I like the sensations I feel with anal but a big part of that is my knowledge that my partner is being pleased as well. It's a two way street. If my husband didn't like anal sex then I would actually miss having it but anal isn't more important than our marriage so I'd do without.
