I trading Deron Williams and Yao Ming for Tim Duncan and Al Harrington the league is a 12 team H2H league (currently I am in 2nd trading with the guy that is in 3rd). (I do have at PG and not that much at PF/C)
So my question is should I trade Deron Williams and Yao Ming for Tim Duncan and Al Harrington?

Ok, first of all, tim and al are being traded to me, so I have the option to accept or reject.
second, yes in the league I am in I am still in second with yao out this long, even if the guy I am trading with in third he is only .5 games back of me.
third, I have a lot of depth at PG( I think) that I can deal with the loss of Deron Williams (I think). I have Earl Boykins, Jamal Tinsley and Mo Williams ( I am a monster on the wavier wire).

I don't think I'd do the trade. You'd be giving up an awful lot of assists, a good number of points, and there's just no making up for Yao's FT% value. (And Duncan sure don't help there!)
Remember, in H2H it doesn't matter whether you finish the regular season 1st or 6th, so long as you make the playoff cut. You need to be able to dominate at least 5 categories once the playoffs start. Yao and Deron will help you far more then, than the present-day help Tim and Al would give you now in rebounds.
You're sitting second. You've got maybe 5 weeks to go, and your team will likely only improve. Keep scumming the waiver wire, and count the big-guy's push-ups til March!
-Regards

Great trade. I would rather have Duncan than yao (Duncan can play in the F spot.) Al harrington for Deron is a wash. (if you have another PG you will be fine. I think this will benifit your team greatly

If you said you have depth at PG trade williams and yao for harrington and duncan. I wouldn't even think twice about that after hearing about your back up PG's. Take Duncan he is so solid night in and night out and harrington could score and is eligible at 3 positions.

If you are behind then yes, because Yao is currently injured, and Tim Duncan and Al Harrington are playing well as of late, so yes, it's a good trade, but if you are offering the trade, there is a chance he won't accept. but if he is offering the trade, then he is making the mistake.

Tim Duncan is putting up solid numbers this year with points and rebounds. Al Harrington is having a decent year so the trade wouldn't be bad for you. If you are solid at PG then I say go for it.

When Yao is healthy he easily averages a double double, Tim Duncan is very consistent but is not putting up Yao-esk numbers. Al Harrington will not be a Deron Williams and is this is a terrible trade. Keep you guys and don't trade Yao, but keep Deron on the table for a better trade.

NOOOOOOO, yao is coming back in less than 2 weeks... in about a week he will recover and start to drop those amazing yao points, and get those rebounds. So keep yao.. but dont reject the trade yet.. if yao starts to suck again then doit.

you are in second with yao on your roster this long..really depends on when he will be back...but duncan/ harrington..ok...do you have the assist points that you give up w williams...tough call without knowing your pf/c on your roster..
