I lost my mucus plug, was dilated to 2, and 100% effaced and didn't go into labor for 7 days. It varies from woman to woman.

I say 2 days.....two people I know lost their "plug" (mucus) and had the baby two days later.
Especially if you are already 2-3 dialated and 75% effaced....that baby is coming soon. Congrats!!

I was 3cm for like 3 weeks but when I lost my plug that was it. I went into full blown labor like 5 hours later. I'm with your Dr., Could be anytime. Good luck and congratulations.

yes she is right i would suggest staying near a hospital and it can be anywhere from a day too 2-3 weeks deppends on baby and how fast she comes down the birth cananl I myself am 38 weeks pregnent and this is my second child so I wish you the best
