Am your pregnant.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I don't think you can measure life in terms of years. I think longevity doesn't necessarily have anything to do with happiness. I mean happiness comes from facing challenges and going out on a limb and taking risks. If you're not willing to take a risk for something you really care about, you might as well be dead.

First congrats on the pregnancy! I was taught in school that if you have a positive test, then you are without a doubt pregnant (as long as the test was not expired & used properly.)
Second, when you get pregnant, even in the very beginning, your hormones are going crazy. One of the things that happens is an increase in blood flow to the uterus, cervix, & vaginal area. Sex, even if you don't feel pain, can cause some bleeding. Usually most people describe this as spotting. You can also have some spotting after having a bowel movement. I would hold off on anymore sex until after your appointment on Thurs. The position should not have anything to do with it.
You may as be experiencing some implantation bleeding, but that really depends on how far you are in your pregnancy. If you are 7-10 days post ovulation then you might be having implantation bleeding. This type of bleeding is very normal and typically occurs when a period is expected. The flow for this bleeding can range from light spotting to being mistaken for a period. I had this type of bleeding with both pregnancies.
I know it's so much easier for me to say it, but try not to worry. I think this is very normal. If you start experiencing any cramping, call your dr ASAP. Even if it's after hours because they should have someone on call 24hrs a day. I wish you the best of luck, and enjoy a happy healthy pregnancy. CONGRATS!!

Im sorry that I can't say your ok and have nothing to worry about because you very well might.Although I do hope you are just fine.I would obstain from sex until you get to the Dr. and if you want take another preg. test although if it said you are pregnant, you most likely are.Even in the event you have or had a misscarraige you could would still show positive for pregnancy.I reccomend staying clam,no sex and watching for any changes such as more blood or pain with unknown reasons, with any of this occuring I would make a vist to the emergency room.If you indeed start your period, you still could be pregnant, for this is common among lots of woman. Most likey due to the position you were in,you could have had a small tear in your vagiana that caused the blood, but its good your not taking any chances, and it should be fine until you get to your Dr. Thursday.Good Luck!

Hi Hun i have had 4 miscarriage's and 4 full term pregnancy's with the miscarriage's i bled for a week and lost them i even went to bed for the week but that did not work i think if you are going to lose a baby there is nothing you can do there is something wrong with the baby and it is natures way
With my full term pregnancy's i bled with my first two girls put my feet up and it stopped within 24 hours then i had a boy which i never bled and last i had a girl which i also never bled
I would just stop having sex for a while not that it will do anything to your baby but if you did lose it you would only blame yourself even though it would not be your fault.
Good luck and don't worry

When you're pregnant your cervix becomes much more sensative to being touched, or bumped. As long as the blood was not very heavy, and not BRIGHT red, you should be ok. Make sure you keep that appointment to be sure though. Unless you have a high risk pregnancy, sex will cause no harm throughout the entire 9 months. Good luck!!

I'm sure its nothing to worry about that. If the position was causing you discomfort then it might just be you have bruised or irritated yourself. See the doctor on Thursday to confirm everything. If it was something more sinister, the bleeding would be like that of a heavy period.

Everything I have ever read says not to have sex in the first trimester, and this is something that I knew about even before I was pregnant...
...so perhaps you should stop now.
The bleeding is probably due to increased sensitivity caused by those wonderful hormones, and when you have the all clear to resume your sex life, you will find you on top more comfortable.
Congratulations on your pregnancy, I hope that all goes well for you!

First of all don't panic (easy for me to say I know!) I bled after i found out I was pregnant with my first little boy and they told me it was a implantation bleed when the embryo attaches its-self to the wall of your womb. Secondly just sit tight till your Dr's appointment they're the experts and will be able to put your mind at rest. Until then put your feet up and relax and good luck with everything sweetie xx

I bled with my last baby, I was 10 weeks and I thought I was losing her,
I'd already lost 3 babies and a stillbirth, So I thought the worst,
Turned out there was a small clot of blood next to the baby's sac, She was fine and is now a very cheeky 19 month old,
Please relax and take it steady,
It may not mean anything bad is happening,
Lots of luck

i wouldn't let it worry you to much I'm sure its probably nothing that series but worrying about it will differently not make it any better so calm down and wait for the doctor. and i wouldn't use a position that cause me pain because you could mess up something. when it hurts that's a sign to stop .

if you are pregnant .. then your cervix is probably changing so there might be blood after intercourse. this happend to my husband and I a couple times .. the doctor said it's perfectly normal .. described it as rubbing the inside of your nose a little too hard and getting blood.
if there is ANY pain .. be careful and make him stop immediately, and try another position.
good luck! God Bless!
