well first of all he was the 4th hokage, and sealed th kuuybi in naruto, and was kakashi's, uchiha obito's, and rin's [not much is known on her] sensei......many people are skepical if his last name is uzumaki, and kazama, but i do i did a translation with my cuz and best freind,. the toad-summoning contract. The first one is from the Volume 11, Chapter 92, Page 18 of the manga, and the second displays the contract from both from the manga and the anime, with the names outlined, color-coded, and translated. Assuming the translations are correct, we can see the name Arashi Uzumaki next to Naruto's name.

He is a a name mentioned in the manga series Naruto.

His name was on the summon scroll were naruto had signed the contract with frog summons and could see 3 names jiraya, uzumaki arashi and naruto.

it's definately the name of yondaime, however, does it really say uzumaki arashi? i read it as poledancer secret. so i think this means yondaime's name is a secret, and he comes from the poledancer clan. Arashi means storm in Japanese also
