man, I would have to look it up. But I don't remeber what it was called by a bill was passed that removed any liability by the President for war crimes. that being said the EU can try him all they want, but it will have no standing in the US so therefore he wouldn't be held accountable

Gladiator, thanks for the diatribe but Europe and Japan are not the Middle East. Things are done differently there. Besides they exist for oil revenue. If we cut off their sourse of income it won't matter what they have they won't be able to use it. Do you seriously think they would be stupid enough to use nukes?
As for war crimes, yes he can and probably should be on trial for crimes against humanity. But like everything else he has gotten into and failed he got a free pass.

Bush went into Iraq with congressional approval, Obama went into Libya and Yemen without approval. If all and sundry should be positioned on trial it really is Obama. You tell me who the war criminal is, the only which receives authority and is going to war or the only is going to war without approval? in the previous you ask, the UN did not compel the U. S. to enter into any moves against Libya or Yemen. Come to imagine of it they did not even compel the U. S. to enter into Kosovo both yet that did not provide up bill Clinton from sending troops in, nor did it provide up him from committing an act of war against Iraq in December 1998.

Ummm, Congress voted to send troops in, there would be a lot more than just Bush going to the gallows.
BTW, remember the Serbian leader that died in jail of old age during his war crimes trial? Milosovic (sp?)

For the same reason Henry Kissinger could not (there are certain countries he cannot travel to you know or face arrest).
Nobody is about to turn Bush over to them.

he hasnt done any crimes against humanity..... he attacking iraq so we dont die...saddam was only harboring terrorists and a little group called al-qaeda.... saddam said he had weapons of mass destruction and destroyed them but he never told where he destroyed them and we did find over 500 chemical weapons of WMDs that wwere used against his own people.... saddam tortured entire families, tortured children in front of their helpless parents, hated his own people.... bush stopped torturing of the children and parents.... helps the kids get a education... doesnt kill his own people and torture his own people.... now clinton should be on trial for crimes against humanity.... he let osama bin laden go after he could have arrested him when south america captured him tried to give him to the US and clinton said no.... the funny thing is that he said" i knew bin laden wanted to do crimes against the US but thats wasnt i reason i could imprison him" .... he had every right to put him in american custody and imprison him... but bin laden went to afghanistan and eneded up attacking the US of September 11, 2001... but u love that day since u hate america and love killed babies with all ur fetus hating... so now tell me who shouyld be on trial for crimes against humanity?
