If your speaking in terms of life within the questions being asked its quite easy, the questions asked are obviously bothering the person they are asking for advice from a second party. If your question is the result from life's hustle and bustle perhaps you need to take a step back and survey the question and look to yourself as to what the bigger picture is of your question thus slowly answering the smaller questions to find the larger answer

do you mean in this site? it's simple. anybody can ask a question about any subject (more or less) and everybody else will try to answer it if they can. you get points for answering questions and lose points for asking. that's basically it. enjoy.
