Lollygag ( or lallygag) means to loaf about idly, or to engage in caresses or kisses.
I suppose if you lollygag around the pub too much, after awhile it may turn to lilly gaggling. And if you happen to be lollygagging with Lily and she starts giggling, then you would be, "giggling Lily lollygagging.

Dillydally means about the same thing as lollygagging, perhaps with more emphasis on wasting time. But I found out that "dally" also has a amorous connotation meaning to act in a playfully flirtatious manner.
Enough of this lollygagging about.
Cheers.

LMAO! I just did a search on wikipedia.com and the only thing it came up with was a 1.3% relevance to George W. Bush!!!

But I need to thank you because I've looked all over online and in my familiar quotations book and could not find lilly gaggling anywhere! This means that all the times while growing up that my family accused me of just "Lilly gaggling" and also "Dilly Dallying" they were wrong! I always knew it. Thank you!

I love finding out I was right :-D

Oh shucks, rip snort found something.
