What are your long term goals? If you intend to work in North America for a North American business then the MBA program is probably your best bet. However if you intend to join an international business, then the other course would be your best bet. In any case either course can lead to opportunities in any business.

We are forever becoming a more global market. Everyone has an mba. Less people get the International Business degree. I think it would be more valuable, especially considering the economic "outsourcing" and the major import/export markets.

I am a student doing MBA and I tried to look at the sylabi for both courses No much difference. With Globalisation I think it is better to do a concentraion of MBA and then do a selected courses in IBA.

You sound like you are from India. Go for the Masters in International Business, learn Chinese and Arabic as well as English and Spanish and you can run the world in 20 years!
Seriously, more languages and more familiarity and contact with people and businesses outside one's own borders make the best qualifications in the business world. Your job is what you make of it, not what your degree "entitles" you to have.
