I had another email address dudak1000@yahoo.com and would visit yahoo answers often posting answers to questions that I found interesting or funny. So some of you people post some really stupid questions and I couldn't help myself but to answer them with a stupid, yet hillarious answer. Some of which were voted by other users as being the best answer. LOL Anyway. After a few of the answers were reported as being hatefull or rude, Yahoo deactivated my freekin email address. I used that as my personal email and had several online friends contact information stored there. I can't retrieve any of that information, one very important one was a beautiful model from Russia. OMG I so need to get her email address! So my question to you cowardly, self consious, low self-esteem, wanna-be adults is.... Why can't you take a joke?

I was going to answer that the joke was on you - but then I decided to do a little investigating first.
I looked at some of your answers to various questions. I had expected to see lots of anti-gay type answers in the LGBT section. I was wrong. You do not post very much in this section (I even wondered why you posted this question in here, as I don't think the problem originated from the LGBT section - but I may be wrong.)
Based on the few answers of yours that I checked on, and not seeing any problems with your type of answers, I thought it must be the questions you asked. I could not find any problems with the questions you asked, and again, very few of them were asked on the LGBT forum.
In short, I don't know why you were treated the way you were from Yahoo. If I were you, I would explain to them that you feel that you were treated unfairly, and that you would like them to provide information to you detailing WHY they treated you the way you were treated.
In your request for this information, be civil, and do not use threats. Say please, thank you, etc. Also, state what you want done about it - retrieval of your old email address, AND the personal information. Feel free to use quotes from my reply here, if you feel it will help.
If it works, as a payback can you send me the Russian models email address ? (just kidding)
Good Luck !

Some people are just too easily offended. And some people don't understand that if the other person doesn't think it's funny, then it's not, it isn't up to you to make that determination. I'm sure somewhere out there there's a serial killer who doesn't understand why anyone would be mad at him: "It's a joke! Don't you GET it??"
I don't think Yahoo should pull your whole account under those circumstances, just your access to Y!A, since they don't seem to actually review the complaints, just count them, but that is one of the conditions that you agree to when you sign up. I'd contact Yahoo and try to get them to reconsider at least giving you back your email account.
In the future, use a little more discretion.

I can't answer this without knowing the wording and/or intent of some of the questions or answers you wrote. I myself was in the same boat and like you had to start over.
That said, I must confess that your tone at the end of your statement seems insulting (I assume gay people) which would mean you may have been less than pleasant. Taking a joke is one thing, taking it too far gets you reported.
Just the way it is.

Have you ever upon hearing a "joke" for the first time laugh. Then when you hear it again, kind of just chuckle. The next time you shake your head. And by the fourth time you are so tired of the same mantra that you can't hit the report button fast enough? Well, that is what probably happened to you. Try letting your guard down long enough to drop the humor and see if something on hear touches your heart.

Sorry to hear about that, dude. There is a place I think on Yahoo Answers where you can contact someone at Yahoo and get back some of your personal stuff. Good luck.

I guess that is one lesson you learned the hard way. Maybe what you thought was funny others found offenseive. If you felt the need to maintain two accounts you must have known you were being rude. Serves your right!

You can think you are the life of the party and be wrong.
You can think someone's report of harassment is bogus and be wrong.
I could think your humor was funny and reports filed against you are bogus, and be wrong.
As it happens, I suspect that your jokes were not funny and Yahoo was right to terminate your access to the email account they provided you for free.

Your account only gets pulled when defamatory or abusive material gets posted - over and over and over again.
When I am attacked, I do not consider it a "joke." Perhaps you might want to review the TOS. And your "sense of humor."
I don't recall reporting any of your questions or answers (if dudak was your screen name).
If you can't follow the rules of basic civility, expect to experience the consequences. After all, it's a free service.

Well sometimes questions that you think are stupid are actually very important to the poster. Maybe you just need to be a little more sensitive.
But personally, I enjoy some humor.

well because its not amusing of what you post. There's times when you can joke and then when you need to chill out. You should of thought before posting your silly questions and answers and that account wouldn't of been deleted.
