i mean which course will provide me with better prospect of work

Dude first it depends on how long ur course should be..If u can give 2 years den an MBA would be the ideal one for you because it is the only way to build ur platform for work..Otherwise Masters would give you only a narrow advantage..

What are your long term goals?
If you intend to work in North America for a North American business then the MBA program is probably your best bet.
However if you intend to join an international business, then the other course would be your best bet.
In any case either course can lead to opportunities in any business.

We are forever becoming a more global market. Everyone has an mba. Less people get the International Business degree. I think it would be more valuable, especially considering the economic "outsourcing" and the major import/export markets.
