There's a degree of truth in that. I find myself going out of my way to watch him give a speech, just because I know there's a really good chance that he's going to say something funny. :) ...Ah, that he never intended to be funny.
And I love his facial expressions. Especially his "does anyone have any idea at all what I just said?" expression. That one kills me!!

I would say retarded but that would be an insult to the mentally challenge people out there. Therefore, I would say a CLOWPET: Part clown, part puppet (Cheney and the Right Wing pull the strings in this administration, especially since W doesn't have a brain)

they already have that caricature tutor referred to as 'Lil Bush on Comedy crucial in case you circulate there you will see that, and likely he would be humorous, each and each of the comed. seem to love spoofing him.
